Is e-Request suitable for public sector organizations?

Yes, for invitation-based procedures: e-Request supports compliant, transparent tendering under “Einladungsverfahren” (VöB / VOL/A UVgO), with full audit trails and role-based access. It is not designed for WTO-scale public tenders.

Where is my data hosted?

Cloud SaaS data is hosted in Switzerland and processed in line with GDPR and the Swiss DSG. On-Premise and Managed Service deployments keep data entirely in your own infrastructure.

How long does implementation take?

Most organizations are productive within weeks, not months. e-Request is web-based and self-explanatory — a single training day is typically enough.

Can we integrate e-Request with our ERP?

Yes. A REST API connects e-Request to ERP, finance and business systems. Single Sign-On (SAML/OIDC) is included in every deployment — if you don’t operate your own IAM, we provide a managed Keycloak instance.

Is training included?

Yes. e-Request is designed to be self-explanatory; onboarding includes training, and one training day is the stated maximum for a purchasing team.

What support do you offer?

Support is included in every plan, with priority and dedicated support options for larger organizations. On-Premise and Managed Service customers receive deployment support as well.
